Chai Latte


  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk

  • 2 black tea bags

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup


1. Heat non-dairy milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once at a low boil, add tea bags and seep for 2-3 minutes with the stove turned off.

2. On medium heat, add cinnamon, ground cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and simple syrup to the saucepan.

3. Whisk chai latte mixture together until fully combined and spices are dispersed.

4. Adjust taste to preference and enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
