Chai Spiced Nuts


  • 1 cup mixed raw nuts (I like a combination of walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts and cashews)

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt


  1. On a small pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the mixed nuts, spices, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.

  3. Fry until golden brown, continuing to stir to make sure they do not burn.

  4. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
