1 cup mixed raw nuts (I like a combination of walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts and cashews)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt
On a small pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
Add the mixed nuts, spices, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Fry until golden brown, continuing to stir to make sure they do not burn.
Allow to cool, and enjoy!
