Cherry-Cacao Bliss Balls




Ingredients:

  • 5 dates

  • 3 Tbsp dried tart cherries

  • 1/2 Tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor or vitamix (exclude cacao nibs and stir in after if you want added crunch).

  2. Roll into ~ 20 small or 10 larger balls.

  3. Store in fridge.
