1 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup frozen cherries, sliced
In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey. Set aside.
Using a sharp knife, chop the pecans and slice the frozen cherries.
Spread the Greek yogurt over a parchment lined baking sheet.
Add the pepitas, chopped pecans, and sliced frozen cherries on top of the Greek yogurt.
Take the yogurt bark to the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. Break into pieces once frozen.
