Cherry & Pepitas Yogurt Bark


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup pepitas

  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries, sliced


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey. Set aside.

  2. Using a sharp knife, chop the pecans and slice the frozen cherries.

  3. Spread the Greek yogurt over a parchment lined baking sheet.

  4. Add the pepitas, chopped pecans, and sliced frozen cherries on top of the Greek yogurt.

  5. Take the yogurt bark to the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. Break into pieces once frozen.
