2 tablespoons of chia seeds
½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon pecans chopped
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
2 tablespoons of berries of your choice
Optional: 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup, nut butter, banana coins, granola
In a container you can store overnight in the fridge, add your chia seeds and almond milk.
Stir really well making sure there are no clumps.
Place your mixture in a sealed container overnight.
The next morning, add your pecans, pumpkin seeds, almonds, berries, and honey or maple syrup, and any other toppings of your choice!
Take it to go or enjoy right away!
