Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


• 2 medium-sized ripe bananas mashed

• 1 ½ cups almond flour

• ½ teaspoon baking soda

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• 2 organic pasture raised eggs

• ½ cup unsweetened greek or dairy-free yogurt

• ¼ cup maple syrup

• ½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips

• 9x5 loaf pan


1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and set to the side.

2. In a smaller mixing bowl, add your eggs and whisk them softly until the yolks are broken apart.

3. Add your mashed bananas, yogurt, and maple syrup into the smaller bowl with the eggs and whisk together.

4. Combine your wet ingredients with your dry ingredients, mixing together well.

5. Add chocolate chips (can skip this if you’d like).

6. Pour your mixture into a well greased loaf pan.

7. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
