Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon raw honey
juice from 1/2 lime
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
red pepper flakes, optional
sea salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour the olive oil and honey onto the salmon, followed by the spices and spread evenly with your hands or a basting brush.
Using a lemon squeezer, squeeze the lime onto the salmon.
Top with the salmon with the cilantro and place in the oven.
Bake the salmon for 9-12 minutes, depending on the size of your fillet.
Option to broil for 2 minutes to make the top extra crispy.
