Cilantro-Lime Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

  • juice from 1/2 lime

  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • red pepper flakes, optional

  • sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Pour the olive oil and honey onto the salmon, followed by the spices and spread evenly with your hands or a basting brush.

  3. Using a lemon squeezer, squeeze the lime onto the salmon.

  4. Top with the salmon with the cilantro and place in the oven.

  5. Bake the salmon for 9-12 minutes, depending on the size of your fillet.

  6. Option to broil for 2 minutes to make the top extra crispy.
