Cinnamon Roll Muffins


Ingredients:

-1 cup almond flour

-1/2 cup coconut sugar (optional)

-1 tsp baking powder

-2 ripe bananas

-heaping spoonful Greek yogurt

-1/8 cup milk of choice


Swirl mix:

-1/2 cup of coconut sugar

-tsp cinnamon

-1 tbsp milk of choice


Icing:

-1/2 cup Greek yogurt

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tbsp maple syrup


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil.

3. Fill the bottom of the tin with batter then add a layer of swirl mix, then more batter on top. Be sure to add a generous layer of swirl mix in the middle of each muffin.

4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins and allow to cook for at least 10 minutes before adding the icing on top. Enjoy!
