Ingredients:
2 apples (such as fuji or honeycrisp) or 1 apple and 1 pear
juice from ½ orange
squeeze of lemon
splash of vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon or more cinnamon
dash of salt
2 Tbsp water (add more as needed)
Directions:
Cut apples into ½-1 inch cubes.
Add chopped apples and the rest of the ingredients into a small pot and stir until well mixed.
Put the lid on and let the fruit cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-10 minutes or until they have reached desired softness.
Taste for seasoning. Enjoy!
