Creamy Tahini Dressing


  • 4 Tbsp tahini

  • 4 Tbsp water

  • 1 medium sized lemon, juiced

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


  1. Place the tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder into a bowl. Whisk and add more water if needed.

  2. Pour over greens and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
