Crudité with Green Goddess Dip


  • 1/2 cup whole milk greek yogurt

  • 1.5 cups mixed soft herbs (I used parsley, basil, tarragon, dill, mint, and chives)

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 anchovy fillets or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or you can use 1 teaspoon of capers)

  • 1 large clove of garlic

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • dash of red chili flakes

  • 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients into a vitamix or food processor. Pulse until well combined. Taste and adjust for seasoning.

  2. Serve with raw vegetables (endive, little gems, carrots, cucumber, radish, jicama, tomato, snap peas) and/or cooked vegetables (roasted potatoes/sweet potatoes, blanched broccoli/cauliflower/green beans), toasted bread, crackers
