Date and Tahini Bliss Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup runny tahini

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch of cardamom (optional)

  • dash of salt

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • 2-3 dates (depending on their size and how sweet you want the balls to be)

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a food processor and pulse until a crumb forms.

  2. Add a splash or two of water and cacao nibs and pulse again until the dough forms a large ball.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
