Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and whisk until emulsified.

  2. Serve over salad and enjoy!
