
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen kale
1 medium sized apple
1 medium frozen banana
1 date
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Pour your water and almond milk into a blender, followed by the rest of your ingredients.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a large glass. Enjoy!
