Fall Harvest Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen kale

  • 1 medium sized apple

  • 1 medium frozen banana

  • 1 date

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pour your water and almond milk into a blender, followed by the rest of your ingredients.

  2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a large glass. Enjoy!
