1 cup ground flaxseed meal
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup water
salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, combine flaxseed meal with sesame and chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Once combined, add the water and start mixing until you have a dough. (You may use your hands or a spatula).
Place your dough on top of parchment paper and with a rolling pin start rolling until about 2mm thick. The thinner, the crunchier they will be.
Cut the now rolled dough into squares.
Place the squares on a parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving some space between each one,
Place in the oven for 17-19 minutes.
