Flaxseed Crackers


  • 1 cup ground flaxseed meal

  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flaxseed meal with sesame and chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Once combined, add the water and start mixing until you have a dough. (You may use your hands or a spatula).

  3. Place your dough on top of parchment paper and with a rolling pin start rolling until about 2mm thick. The thinner, the crunchier they will be.

  4. Cut the now rolled dough into squares.

  5. Place the squares on a parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving some space between each one,

  6. Place in the oven for 17-19 minutes.
