Folate Focused Smoothie





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup avocado

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until well combined.

  2. Scrape down sides and add almond milk or water as needed.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
