Folate Focused Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup avocado
1/4 cup almond milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until well combined.
Scrape down sides and add almond milk or water as needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
