Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Mushrooms


  • 1 cup mushrooms

  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • extra virgin olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Using a sharp knife, chop the fresh rosemary.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, add some extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, and minced garlic to the mushrooms and toss until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.

  4. Place the mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
