Gingerbread Bliss Balls


Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup pecans

  • 3 small dates

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger powder (start with 1/8 teaspoon before adding more)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.

  2. Taste and adjust for seasoning.

  3. Roll into balls and chill in fridge.
