Grilled Chicken Skewers


For the chicken marinade:

4 chicken breasts

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup coconut aminos

1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder

1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika powder

salt and black pepper to taste


1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

1 yellow onion


  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubed pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, add olive oil, coconut aminos and seasonings to chicken cubes, mix and let it sit for a few hours.

  3. While the chicken is marinating, cut yellow onion, green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers into squares.

  4. Preheat your grill to about 375F.

  5. After the chicken has marinated for a few hours, place all ingredients on the skewers alternating between chicken and the vegetables.

  6. Grill your chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
