Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad


• 10 ounces of arugula

• 1 cup of burrata sliced

• 1/2 red onion sliced thin

• 1 peach sliced

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• Drizzle of balsamic glaze

• Salt and pepper to taste


1. Grill peaches for 5 minutes per side.

2. As the peaches are cooking, place arugula into a salad bowl.

3. Top arugula with red onion and burrata.

4. Once peaches are grilled, place peaches on top of the salad.

5. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.

6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
