1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup filtered water (more or less, depending on the consistency you like)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
parsley, to garnish
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Process until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour onto a plate or in a bowl.
Serve with vegetables, crackers, leafy greens. Enjoy!
