Homemade Hummus





Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/3 cup filtered water (more or less, depending on the consistency you like)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • parsley, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

  2. Process until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour onto a plate or in a bowl.

  4. Serve with vegetables, crackers, leafy greens. Enjoy!
