Homemade pistachio granola




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup cashews, chopped

  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped

  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 325F.

  2. Chop cashews, almonds and pistachios and set aside.

  3. Mix honey, almond milk and olive oil on a separate bowl.

  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine.

  5. Place mixture on a pan and take it to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
