1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup cashews, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp almond milk
2 Tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven at 325F.
Chop cashews, almonds and pistachios and set aside.
Mix honey, almond milk and olive oil on a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine.
Place mixture on a pan and take it to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
