Honey Lemon Broccolini

Serves 2


Honey Lemon Broccolini

  • 2 bunches of broccolini

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2-3 minced garlic cloves

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

To serve:

  • ¼ cup Goat’s cheese

  • ¼ cup toasted flaked almonds

  • ¼ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.

  2. On a parchment lined baking tray, toss broccolini through EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, and chili flakes (optional).

  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.

  4. On a small frying pan, toast the flaked almonds on low heat for 5 minutes until slightly golden.

  5. Once the broccolini is ready, serve with crumbled goat’s cheese, toasted flaked almonds, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
