Salmon fillets, preferably wild caught
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 lime, squeezed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350F.
Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel and season them with olive oil, lemon pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Adjust to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven once time has passed and squeeze the lime juice on top.
