Honey-Lime Salmon Fillets


  • Salmon fillets, preferably wild caught

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp lemon pepper

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 lime, squeezed

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel and season them with olive oil, lemon pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Adjust to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with honey.

  4. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven once time has passed and squeeze the lime juice on top.
