Lemon Dill Dressing


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/2 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste


  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and honey in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Once it has a creamy texture, add the freshly chopped dill to the mixture, along with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
