Lemon Shallot Dressing


  • 2 Tbsp shallot, diced

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste


  1. Combine the shallot, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, and honey in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until everything has emulsified.

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
