
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp shallot, diced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine the shallot, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, and honey in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until everything has emulsified.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
