Maple-Cinnamon Pecans & Pumpkin Seeds



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom (optional)

  • splash of vanilla

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Spread mixture back on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for approximately 5 minutes (they'll crisp and harden up).

  5. Break up clumps and enjoy!
