2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tbsp tamari
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, tamari, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Pour mixture over the chicken breasts and let sit in the fridge for an hour (optional).
Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is reached.
Serve with roasted vegetables or over a bed of greens.
