Maple-Glazed Chicken

Serves 2


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp tamari

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, tamari, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Pour mixture over the chicken breasts and let sit in the fridge for an hour (optional).

  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  5. Serve with roasted vegetables or over a bed of greens.
