Matcha frozen yogurt bark


  • 1.5 tbsp matcha powder

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • 2.5 cups of plain Greek yogurt (can substitute for dairy free yogurt)

  • toppings: chocolate chips, pecans, goji berries, blueberries


  1. Mix ingredients into a bowl and stir together until smooth and creamy consistency.

  2. Pour onto a baking sheet and add toppings.

  3. Leave in freezer for 3 hours.

  4. Cut into squares and enjoy!
