
Matcha frozen yogurt bark
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp matcha powder
2 tbsp raw honey
2.5 cups of plain Greek yogurt (can substitute for dairy free yogurt)
toppings: chocolate chips, pecans, goji berries, blueberries
Directions:
Mix ingredients into a bowl and stir together until smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour onto a baking sheet and add toppings.
Leave in freezer for 3 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
