1/8 cup pistachios, chopped
1/2 cup cashews, chopped
1 Tbsp matcha
1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 teaspoons almond butter
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup oat flour
Using a sharp knife, chop pistachios and cashews into very tiny pieces. Set them aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, cashews, matcha, chia seeds, coconut oil, almond butter, honey, and oat flour.
Using your hands, start forming balls with the mixture.
Take them to the refrigerator for about half an hour.
