Mayo-Free Coleslaw



  • 1 small red cabbage, shredded

  • 1 small green cabbage, shredded

  • 3 cup tuscan kale, finely sliced

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, finely sliced

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • Few grinds of black pepper


1. In a large bowl, add red cabbage, green cabbage, kale, and brussels sprouts into a large bowl.

2. Prepare dressing by adding all ingredients into a sealed mason jar and shake until well combined.

3. Add dressing into slaw mixture and mix until fully combined. Top with sliced almonds and combine again.

4. Enjoy!
