Recipe (serves 2)
2 cups Brussels Sprouts, halved
1-4 Tbsp EVOO (depending on preference)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown miso paste
Pinch of salt
Chili flakes (optional)
Cilantro, to serve (optional)
Crack of black pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Add the Brussels Sprouts to the bowl and make sure they are evenly coated in the sauce.
Place the Brussels sprouts on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until caramelized.
Serve with cilantro (if using) and add a crack of black pepper. Enjoy!
