Miso Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Recipe (serves 2)


  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts, halved


  • 1-4 Tbsp EVOO (depending on preference)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown miso paste

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chili flakes (optional)

  • Cilantro, to serve (optional)

  • Crack of black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.

  3. Add the Brussels Sprouts to the bowl and make sure they are evenly coated in the sauce.

  4. Place the Brussels sprouts on a parchment lined baking tray.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until caramelized.

  6. Serve with cilantro (if using) and add a crack of black pepper. Enjoy!
