Ingredients:
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brewers yeast
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup non dairy milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. To a food processor, add dates and pulse until a ball is formed.
2. To a large bowl add the dates, oats, brewers yeast, peanut butter, almond milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Form bite-size balls using hands and enjoy!
