Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax meal
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup cacao nibs
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, and mix well.
Mix in oats, chia seeds, flax meal, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.
Using a tbsp measure, roll the mixture into balls. Enjoy!
