No Bake Peanut Butter Bites




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp flax meal

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs


Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, and mix well.

  2. Mix in oats, chia seeds, flax meal, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.

  3. Using a tbsp measure, roll the mixture into balls. Enjoy!
