No Bake Snack Balls


  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

  • 13 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries, raisins or cacao nibs

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove mixture from the refrigerator, roll into balls and then place them back in the refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes.

  4. Enjoy as a yummy snack, breakfast, or dessert! Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
