6 dates, pitted
2 Tbsp nut butter of choice
1 Tbsp coconut flakes, optional
1 Tbsp cacao nibs, optional
Remove the pits from the dates, if not done so already.
Slice the dates in half.
Stuff the inside of the dates with about 1/3 Tbsp nut butter.
Top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
