Nut Butter Stuffed Dates


  • 6 dates, pitted

  • 2 Tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes, optional

  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs, optional

  • sea salt


  1. Remove the pits from the dates, if not done so already.

  2. Slice the dates in half.

  3. Stuff the inside of the dates with about 1/3 Tbsp nut butter.

  4. Top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
