PB Protein Balls


  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (can be blended)

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips, optional


  1. In a large bowl mix the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and chocolate chips.

  2. Once thoroughly mixed, add in the peanut butter and maple syrup.

  3. Mix the protein ball mixture with a spatula.

  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or countertop for up to one week.
