Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (can be blended)
3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips, optional
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and chocolate chips.
Once thoroughly mixed, add in the peanut butter and maple syrup.
Mix the protein ball mixture with a spatula.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or countertop for up to one week.
