-1 cup creamy peanut butter
-1 cup dark chocolate (or semi sweet chocolate) chips
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-2 tbsp coconut flour
1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Distribute mixture evenly in muffin tins. (Should be enough for about 12).
3. Pour chocolate chips into glass bowl and microwave for
1.5 minutes or until melted.
4. Pour melted chocolate evenly on top of the peanut butter mixture.
5. Refrigerate for at least an hour then eat!
