5 dates, pitted
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp almond butter
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Using a sharp knife, chop pistachios into tiny pieces. Set them aside.
Add 1 Tbsp of honey to the chopped pistachios and combine.
Open the dates in half and place a small amount of the chopped pistachios inside of them.
Drizzle some almond butter and coconut flakes on top.
