Pistachio Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:

  • 5 dates, pitted

  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Using a sharp knife, chop pistachios into tiny pieces. Set them aside.

  2. Add 1 Tbsp of honey to the chopped pistachios and combine.

  3. Open the dates in half and place a small amount of the chopped pistachios inside of them.

  4. Drizzle some almond butter and coconut flakes on top.
