Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Serves 2


1/4 cup yogurt

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

2/3 cup GF rolled oats

1.5 Tbsp chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup almond milk

For topping:

Banana or berries

Nut butter

Hemp seeds

Chopped nuts


Add all the ingredients into a container and whisk until smooth. Cover with an airtight lid and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning portion out your overnight oats and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
