Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a jar and stir until thoroughly mixed together.

  2. Place in the fridge overnight.

  3. Remove and enjoy in the morning with your favorite fruit.
