Ingredients:
2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a jar and stir until thoroughly mixed together.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Remove and enjoy in the morning with your favorite fruit.
