Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
1/2 frozen banana
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
3 pitted dates
Directions:
Combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, cauliflower florets, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and dates into a high speed blender. Blend until creamy.
Add to a bowl and top with desired toppings, such as fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon-ginger granola or unsweetened granola of choice, and pumpkin pie spice.
