Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 3 pitted dates


  1. Combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, cauliflower florets, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and dates into a high speed blender. Blend until creamy.

  2. Add to a bowl and top with desired toppings, such as fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon-ginger granola or unsweetened granola of choice, and pumpkin pie spice.
