Pumpkin Spice Bliss Balls


  • ¼ cup pecans

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 5 small pitted dates (if yours are bigger, start off with 3 before adding more)

  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • dash of ground ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms. Taste and add more dates if necessary.

  2. Use your hands to roll the dough into bite-sized balls.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
