Pumpkin Spice Smoothie





Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 non dairy milk

  • 1 medium frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon date syrup

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender until well combined. Scrape down sides as needed.

  2. Blend until reaching desired consistency.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy !
