Roasted Bok Choy


  • 1 head bok choy

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Chop the bottom of the bok choy and rinse until every piece is clean.

  3. Coat the bok choy with the avocado oil and coconut aminos, and spread evenly across a baking sheet, avoiding layering.

  4. Place in oven and bake for ~10 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying.
