
Ingredients:
1 lb. brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
garlic, optional
balsamic vinegar, optional
salt, to taste
pepper and chili flakes, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Using a knife, trim the brussels sprouts and cut into halves.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
