Salmon with Roasted Veggies


  • 2 wild caught salmon filets

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup baby potatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Season both sides of salmon with paprika parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Place the cut cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, and broccoli on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Put veggies in the oven. Let bake for 20-30 minutes.

  4. Place salmon in the oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Prepare the plate by adding the salmon, vegetables, and a salad. Enjoy!
