Seed & Nut Bread


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of almond flour

  • 1 cup oats

  • 2.5 tbsp of ACV

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. in a large bowl, mix together oats, flour, and all the seeds except chia seeds until properly mixed together.

  2. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix together until even.

  3. Add the mixture to a greased pan and top with the chia seeds.

  4. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
