Seedy Almond Flour Bread


  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/8 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • salt, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt together, and transfer to a blender.

  3. Add the eggs, almond milk, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey to the blender and start blending.

  4. Once it forms a batter, transfer back to the mixing bowl to the mixing bowl and add the sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds.

  5. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined bread loaf pan and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Let the bread cool and wait a few minutes after taking it out from the oven to begin slicing.
