Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/8 cup almond milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt together, and transfer to a blender.
Add the eggs, almond milk, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey to the blender and start blending.
Once it forms a batter, transfer back to the mixing bowl to the mixing bowl and add the sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined bread loaf pan and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Let the bread cool and wait a few minutes after taking it out from the oven to begin slicing.
