1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
6 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp pumpkins seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
In a sauce pan on medium heat melt chocolate chips and cashew butter until melted together.
In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients then add in the chocolate and cashew butter.
Put parchment paper in a glass pan and spread the mixture out evenly.
Top with flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds.
Put in the freezer for 40 minutes then it is ready to enjoy!
