Seedy Chocolate Fudge


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 6 tbsp cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp flax seed

  • 2 tbsp pumpkins seeds

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan on medium heat melt chocolate chips and cashew butter until melted together.

  2. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients then add in the chocolate and cashew butter.

  3. Put parchment paper in a glass pan and spread the mixture out evenly.

  4. Top with flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds.

  5. Put in the freezer for 40 minutes then it is ready to enjoy!
